Europe is coming to terms with the outcome of BREXIT result. Back in May, speaking at the Wold Economic Forum at the Mansion House then British Prime Minister David Cameron noted, “It is worth asking the question: who would be happy if we left? Putin might be happy. I suspect [Isis leader] al-Baghdadi would be happy.”

Will possible exit of the UK from the EU have an impact on western powers’ consolidated position vis a vis Russia? Would the change of government in London lead to a shift in troubled Russia-British relations? How would BREXIT impact on NATO and its balancing game with Russia post-Crimea and Ukraine?

This briefing will consider the current state and future of relations between London and Moscow post-BREXIT, together with the future of Russia-EU and Russia-NATO relations.
