Please find attached a programme, registration form and information sheet for the U21 RUR Workshop, Research Universities and their Learning Cities, to be held at Hong Kong University on 21^st November 2013. This event is being organised to follow the 11th PASCAL conference, Cities Learning Together, and is associated with the new Learning Cities 2020 initiative of PASCAL.

All are welcome to attend and there is no fee.

Please note that there is a bus available from outside Eaton Hotel, the location of the Pascal conference from 18-20 November, which stop at University of Hong Kong bus stop (travel time is 35 minutes approximately). Emily Mang from University of Hong Kong has kindly offered to meet delegates at the UHK bus stop at 0930 on 21^st November to escort you to the workshop venue.
