Interests/Expertise: 

As the Researcher in the Institute for Vocational and Adult Education (IVAE) at Beijing Academy of Educational Sciences (BAES), my research mainly focuses on vocational and adult education, learning cities and regions, lifelong learning theory and practice, international and comparative education etc. I direct numbers of research projects, provide consultation and academic support to Beijing Municipal government, local education authority and vocational colleges in Beijing, also I am the coordinator for international exchanges and cooperation in my institution. At the same time, I am also the deputy director of Beijing Research Alliance for Vocational Education（BRAVE）at Beijing College of Finance and Commerce.
