We are pleased to announce that following an invitation as partners to UNESCO's Global Network of Learning Cities [1], PASCAL Observatory is sending the following delegation to the 2nd International Conference on Learning Cities [2] in Mexico City, taking place from 28-30 September 2015:
- Professor Francisco Javier Carrillo Gamboa [3], a Professor of Knowledge Management and Knowledge-Based Development at Tecnológico de Monterrey [4] and PASCAL Director for Central and South America;
- Dr Catherine Lido, Research Fellow, Urban Big Data Centre [5] and PASCAL Associate, University of Glasgow. Catherine will be preparing shortly a Briefing Paper for the conference on the operationalisation of Key Features of Learning Cities based on the work of the Urban Big Data Centre;
- Dr Oscar Valiente, Lecturer, Robert Owen Centre and PASCAL Associate, University of Glasgow;
- Dr Leone Wheeler, Content Editor and PASCAL Board Member (currently based in Abu Dhabi). Leone is also part of the Melton City delegation.
